Earthquake Relief
Despite being a primarily art-preservation NGO, in the wake of the 2015 earthquake, we ramped up our forces and fully dedicated ourselves to the relief rescue and reconstruction from the devastation. HFNS's primary rescue operation began in the Sankhu Village area. From there, we launched our relief program across rural Nepal, where we organised distributions of food, tents, sleeping bags, blankets, tarps, torch lights, water bottles, and first aid kits. Alongside this, our rescue program chartered buses to search and retrieve displaced people, along with standby vehicles that functioned as ambulances.
